Nairobi, Kenya – Serious allegations have surfaced against a man identified as Joe Mutiga Wanjohi Kiingoo, whose actions have raised alarm among women’s rights groups, legal advocates, and members of the public. In addition to accusations of widespread emotional and financial exploitation, Mr. Mutiga has also been accused by multiple individuals of engaging in unprotected sexual relations—allegedly exposing partners to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

According to firsthand reports, Mr. Mutiga is said to initiate romantic relationships with women under false pretenses, often portraying himself as caring, financially stable, and invested in long-term commitment. However, victims allege that once trust is established and a pregnancy occurs, he robs them cold and abruptly disappears—leaving behind emotional distress, financial hardship, and in some cases, serious health concerns.

Numerous women claim that he never uses protection during intercourse, and some have since faced health complications or diagnoses of STDs. These reports have intensified calls for urgent public awareness and potential criminal investigation.

Beyond abandonment, many of the affected women have accused Mr. Mutiga of theft. Accounts describe how he allegedly gains access to their homes or personal belongings, only to steal valuables—including money, electronics, and other possessions—before cutting off all communication. These actions, they say, leave women not only emotionally broken but financially destitute and unable to provide for their children.

“This is a deeply concerning pattern,” said a spokesperson from a women’s advocacy group. “What we are seeing is not just emotional manipulation, but a systematic approach to exploiting women for money, using them for personal gain, and abandoning them in some of their most vulnerable moments.”

Estimates suggest that Mr. Mutiga may have fathered children with between 30 and 50 women across the country. Most of the victims report receiving no financial support and facing immense difficulty in locating him due to his frequent movement and change of contact information. These tactics have made legal recourse challenging, further compounding the suffering experienced by his victims.

Support groups formed by the affected women have begun to document their experiences and warn others. Legal professionals are also urging authorities to investigate the matter urgently, citing potential criminal violations including theft, fraud, failure to provide for children, and public health endangerment.

“This is a matter of public safety,” said a Nairobi-based legal expert. “The allegations are serious and go beyond personal disputes. They touch on health, children’s rights, and the abuse of trust on a national scale.”

Members of the public are being urged to remain cautious and report any relevant information to law enforcement or certified advocacy organizations. Victims are also encouraged to seek legal and medical assistance as soon as possible.

This article serves as a public alert to raise awareness and encourage accountability. As more testimonies continue to surface, pressure is growing for action to be taken against Joe Mutiga Wanjohi Kiingoo to prevent further harm and protect the rights and well-being of women and children across Kenya.
