Nairobi, Kenya: In a remarkable stride toward environmental sustainability, Ebee has announced a significant reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions achieved through its e-bicycles.
From October 2022 to September 2023, a total of over 350,000 kilograms of CO2 emissions have been saved, contributing to a greener and healthier future.
E-Bee Africa’s electric bikes have successfully saved 133,662 kilograms of carbon dioxide (CO2) when compared to traditional motorbikes. In the case of cars, the CO2 savings amount to an impressive 199,300 kilograms.
The impact extends to buses, with a substantial reduction of 41,167 kilograms of CO2, and in comparison to e-scooters, E-Bee Africa’s electric bikes have contributed to saving 14,206 kilograms of CO2. These figures underscore the significant environmental benefits and sustainability achievements of E-Bee Africa’s electric bicycles initiatives.
It further highlights the positive impact of embracing sustainable transportation options and a commitment to mitigating climate change.
