The battle lines have been drawn as the second edition of the Sakaja Super Cup gets to the crunch inter Sib counties knock outs set to be played at Dandora Stadium beginning Thursday December 5, 2024 and set to be played until December 10, 2024.
The knock outs will pit the two teams which emerged winners and runners ups in the sub county finals which were staged during the last weekend across various grounds.
Organizers of the tournament, Johnson Sakaja Foundation and Football Kenya Federation Nairobi East and Nairobi West branches have domiciled all the remaining natches of this second edition at Dandora Stadium with the grand finale expected to be played on December 20, 2024.

Kariobangi Blackstars will kick off the knock outs against New Njiru FC in a match scheduled to kick off at 10:am. In the second match of the day, Riara FC will face off with Panthers FC at noon while Mowlem United play Kick Off To Hopw FC at 2: 00 pm before South C Rangers defend to the turf against Shofco FC in the last day’s match at 4:00pm.
Action is set to return on Friday when Ogwethi Vision take on Victors Faith before South B Allstars play Bolas of Kenya. Kiambiu Warriors will entertain Tena United as last year’s runners up Kawasaki play against Shalom Yassets in the last encounter of the day.
After a rest on Saturday, fireworks are expected to rent the air on Sunday December 8, as the defending champions Githurai All Stars descend to the turf in their knock out fixture against Komarock Rangers. Mbotela Kamaliza open the day’s proceedings at 10:00am when they play against FC Meteorite before Shauri MoyoFC play Vision FC. PAC University will bring down curtains for the week with a battle against Lucky Summer Sports.
Action will resume on Monday December 9 when Kadoba FC meet last year’s Nairobi West finalists Kibagare Slums before New Mathare lock horns with Desai FC. Embakasi All stars will later have a date with home team Dandora’s FC Baghdad who will be in front of home fans before Asec Huruma entertain Leads United. The knock out phase will come to an end on Tuesday with the only match of the day pitting Escalators against Powergen FC.
The pre- quarter finals will be played on December 13th in Nairobi East and December 14th for the Nairobi west region before the semi finals which are scheduled for 17th of December, 2024 with the third place playoffs set for 19th December ahead of the grand finale to be played on December 20, 2024.
Winners of the grand finale will walk away with the grand prize of KSh 3 million while the runners up will receive 2 million shillings and 1 million for the third placed team.
