It has now emerged that the Nairobi County Assembly disbanded Water Committee following incompetence and corruption cry by the committee members.
They say chairman Redson Otieno do not have capacity to ventilate on serious matters before the noble committee.
He has also been accused of running the committee with an iron fist whilst receiving bribes from top Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company officials.
“Enough is enough this Committee lost meaning and we must thank the speaker for disbanding it.We have been subjected to serious humiliations with our chairman’s appetite for bribes and incompetence.” A member claimed.
It is still not known if the ODM party will give him back the seat.
