Miley Cyrus won her first Grammies during the 2024 Grammy awards.Her new album Endless Summer sold 119,000 copies first week with 55,000 in pure sales.It also debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200.This is her eighth studio album and her first album with Columbia records.Miley departed from her previous label RCA after being disatisfied how they do things.
Her lead single was Flowers of the album and it debutes at number one as well in the Billbord 100.Some of the other lead singles off the album are River, Jaded and Used To Be Young.
Her previous Plastc Hearts was released in 2020 through RCA.It didnt perform so well inspite of being diverse unfortunately it did not get to the reception they anticipated.
This is a huge improvement from her previous album and it has been praised for being refreshing, catchy & fun.
I also loved her previous album Plastic Hearts.I loved that it was versatile and she experimented with different sounds.Its refreshing to see that she is not afraid to try new things.
