The race for Kenyan customers in the retail space is heating up as industry players align themselves ahead of the start of the year, the newest entrant in Nairobi being the SAVING HOMES CHAIN OF SUPERMARKETS.
The latest retailer to open an outlet is UAE based supermarket chain Saving Home which have opened a second store in the Country in Parklands Nairobi. The new store is strategically located in the Parklands area at the Diamond Plaza 2, 1st floor.
The retail franchise, owned by UAE-based Fahad Aduwani who is the CEO, now has 2 stores, 1 of which is in Nairobi while their next stop is likely to be in Kisumu and the rest of the country, the CEO Mr. Fahad Aduwani stressed that Kenya has a lot of potential in the retail sector which needs to be explored.
“We first opened the first store in Nyali, Mombasa county in2019 and while exploring Nairobi, we settled on this store in mid-2023. He added, “this is the beginning of the expansion, we have so many discounted offers for all our customers including the Muslim community during the Holy month of Ramadan”, concluded Saving Home CEO Mr. fahad aduwani.
