The Michael Olunga Football Academy (MOFA) kicked off their Gothia World Youth Cup in Gothenburg Sweden yesterday, Monday 17th July, 2023.
MOFA held hosts IFK Norrköping to a goal less draw in their opening match played in the Swedish city of Gothenburg to start of their campaign on the right stride.
Focus now shifts to the Kenyan side’s next match against Deportivo Cali from Colombia scheduled to be played today.
IFK Norrköping, is a Swedish professional football club based in Norrköping which was formed in 1897 and has won thirteen national championship titles and six national cup titles.
MOFA are using the tournament to sharpen their skills and further develop the talents in the youth as well as giving their players the international exposure and chances for scouting.
