Optiven limited has announced its largest customer promotion campaign, dubbed Heko shujaa that will ran in the month of October 2022.
The Nairobi based leading firm has continued to catalyze the investment in real estate by helping its customers to better their options of investments while at the same time providing state-of-the-art products and services as well as reward promotions.
This is not the first time that the company is rewarding its customers. In June this year; Optiven launched #ChangamkiaPlotiNaOptiven and rewarded its customers with coffee makers for their investment
In May, the company had another campaign dubbed KamataPlotiNaOptiven and rewarded customers with a cash back payment of 10,000 shillings for every investment of 349,000 shillings.
Speaking after the launch of HEKO Shujaa na Optiven, George Wachiuri, Chief Executive Officer and founder said that the campaign launched is set to coincide with the Customer Service Week, where those who invest during the campaign period of one month will be decorated as the heroes and heroines of real estate investment.
Mr. Wachiuri said that October is the month to celebrate and honor courageous, outstanding achievers, or noble qualities in our heroes and heroines.
“It is a great time to appreciate our investors through the HEKO Shujaa na Optiven campaign and to express just how much we value them for trusting us with their investments in our projects,” Wachiuri said.
He said that Optiven will reward customers for every Kshs910,000 shillings deposit or redemption and that these customers will get a 10,000 shillings Cash Back or an equivalent shopping voucher.
He noted that Optiven is looking forward to recognizing every effort in investment and awarding Kenyans in a big way.

The campaign targets investments in the vast portfolio of Optiven properties including Celebrations Gardens in Kitengela; The Great Oasis Gardens in Nanyuki Laikipia County, South Lake Villas in Naivasha, and Peace Breeze Gardens in Konza, Machakos County among others.
